What is the "Natural Process"?
The Natural (Dry) Process is one of the oldest coffee processing methods. Ripe coffee cherries are harvested, washed, and then sun-dried for several weeks to a month on raised beds. Once fully dried, the outer layers are removed to reveal the coffee bean inside.
This method allows the beans to absorb the natural sweetness of the fruit, resulting in a rich, full-bodied cup with bold flavors, fruity undertones, and a deep, complex aroma.
